If you are passioned about history and local traditions Maastricht is the place you have to go in Nederlands. There is a dispute regarding the oldest city in Nederlands. Some are saying that Maastricht is the oldest one and other say that Nijmegen is older because it was the first settlement recognized by Romans as a Roman city. I`ll come back with the story of the artificial cave made by humans. Enjoy the view of Maastricht.
